What a surprise!

A New Post!

"Play-dough stays in the kitchen!" I swear I have said this about fifty times in the last thirty minutes. 

We have had a busy,busy few weeks.  Walking, going to the park almost everyday, having lots of picnics, free summer movies (gotta love those!) , blueberry picking, and going to the zoo.  I am keeping these kids busy!

It has been fun and taking a break from scrapping has been nice too! I am itching to scrap though.  Of course I need to remember to take pictures.  I have a bad habit of not taking my camera with me! I think I need a small camera that I can throw in my purse and go.  I love my rebel but holding the hands of three children makes it tough enough!

July is my last month at Bad Girls.  It has been a great three months but I have decided to take a break for now.  Lots of changes have been happening around my home and I just need more time to focus on my children.  And scrap for me again.  Thank you so much Wendy for an amazing opportunity and I wish you and the rest of the Bad Girls Designers the best of luck!

Last night I read a few comments and emails that I received about closing the blog and decided against it for now.

It just comes down to this....

I know that I will miss it.

So updates will be few and far between but I am still here. 

Knowing me though I will probably be updating more.  LOL!

Goodbye little blog.

I am closing the blog for a little while.  Just need a break and a bit of quite time. 

Right now I will leave it open just for my resume and link to my online gallery. I may start updating again in the fall when school is back in and things settle down a bit here.

Thank you all so much for all your kind and sweet comments that you have left over this year.  I have been so touched and privileged to get to know you all.

I will be still around.  Checking blogs and doing alot of lurking!

Some recent pictures...

I haven't shared any recent pictures of them lately. Heck, yesterday was the first day in quite awhile that I actually took a picture.  I have been lazy about it but I vow to start taking more pictures and to get on a schedule.

I am putting in my notice at work today.  I need a change and desperately want to spend the entire summer with these little ones.  I know that financially it will be a bit more tough but I miss being home in the afternoons.  I don't work over 15 hours a week but it is split between three nights usually and that is what makes it so hard.

Check this out.  Today one of my pages was featured on the Memory Makers Idea Gallery.  Made me happy!

Well, I must go and get Karigan laid down for a nap.  I love nap time :)

A little change...

Does anyone still read this thing?

I have been anti Internet this week.  Perfectly satisfied on the couch watching "John and Kate Plus 8."  Obsessed with that show. They are having a marathon tonight. 

So whatcha think of the new do.  Not quite sure why the "weak eye" was looking extra week.  ;)

It is so short and I love it!  It is amazing how a new do and a box of hair color can make you feel.  I was so tired of the mane that I had.  Just hanging and dragging my face down.  Plus I don't even have to blow dry it.  Oh, it is lovely.

Well, lunch is over and now it is coffee break time for me.

Just not alot to say.  Been busy with work and kids.  School is out and finding things that keep them busy is always a job in itself.  I did buy the boys this...

and they are having fun making big messes while they create.  But it keeps them entertained and happy so it is worth it.

It has been so hot and humid around here that staying in with the air conditioning makes me happy as can be.  Thank goodness for the Internet or I would be so out of touch with everything! :)

I will be back in a few days with something more interesting.  LOL. :)

I am boring these days.

I wanted to share with you my Magical Fairy Door that I made for the Bad Girls Workshop that we had this past weekend.  All the classes are still up and we welcome everyone to join in.  Best of all~ they are free!
