I am currently in the midst of all things tea party related.
I'm starting a tea club because...
Karigan asks me all the time if we can have a tea party and my answer is usually "not right now."
I love being a hostess. I love making fancy dainties and getting my pretty dishes out.
Sometimes I just have to invite people over so I will deep clean my house. ;)
What better way to make it happen then to invite about 10 of her girlfriends over for tea and start a monthly tea club.
I made the invitations and sent them out.
It felt so good to use some of my old scrap supplies. I made the invitations using some of my digital kits, and then I hand cut the envelopes and sealed them with wax.
Most of the girls are between 5-8 years old. My plan is to have tea, read a book, focus on manners, etiquette, and practice it while we have our tea and snack. All of this will be will be centered around a Bible verse. Not sure which verse though. I have quite a few to choose from.
I have so many ideas.
Its going to be fun and a little crazy. Porcelain and five year olds. Yes, I'm brave.
I'm off to the grocery store with all my four children. I'm pretty sure that is all that I will accomplish today. :)
